The role involves leading the operations of guest services (pre, during and post stay), managing the front and back office, coordinating with various departments (Conciergerie, Conferences, Spa and restaurant), and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supporting management in sales and marketing initiatives to enhance overall performance.QualificationsProven abilities in Customer Service, Receptionist Duties and Back Office responsibilities to provide outstanding guest experiencesExperience in general hotel operations and quality assuranceCompetence in Sales and marketing (digital and traditional)Proven experience managing various distribution channels (TO, OTA, agencies, direct) and extranet platformsExperience managing multiple teams across multiple departmentsExperience managing a hotel spa is a plusStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsFlexibility to work variable schedulesProficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plusPrevious experience in luxury hospitality is crucialProficient in excel, word, canva, CRM (experience) and PMS such as Medialog
