L'EDHEC Business School recrute un(e) Deputy head of PhD in Finance (H/F).

Poste CDI à temps complet situé sur le Campus de Nice.


Dans le cadre de votre fonction de Deputy head of PhD in Finance pour le programme PhD in Finance, vous serez amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur du programme PhD et le directeur académique du programme pour coordonner et superviser les opérations quotidiennes du programme qu’elles soient administratives, marketing ou commerciales.


Les activités principales sont les suivantes :


Marketing & Recrutement

• Elaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan marketing,

• Assurer le suivi commercial : génération des prospects, prise de contact et suivi des prospects, suivi des candidats, transformation des admis en intégrés, gestion du CRM.

• Gérer les publicités, séminaires de présentation et interviews, emailings, PhD Forum, partenariats marketing,

• Conduite de projets marketing (CRM, site internet, vidéo, brochure)

• Assurer la mise à jour des supports de communication externe du programme (brochure, site web, réseaux sociaux ) et la publication de la lettre d'information trimestrielle,

• Collaborer avec la direction marketing des programmes et avec la direction de la communication pour l’harmonisation des procédures, la diffusion de communiqués de presse



Coordination & Gestion

• Effectuer le suivi académique et administratif du programme (depuis la gestion des candidatures jusqu'à la diplomation),

• Animer la relation avec les alumni du programme.

• Coordonner les réunions des comités teaching & dissertation.

• Assurer la bonne conduite des audits d'accréditations.

• Préparer le budget annuel du service, gestion des factures et du recouvrement et suivi budgétaire de l'activité, assurer le suivi la gestion des scolarités et des bourses.

• Collaborer avec le directeur académique pour la planification des cours principaux et électifs.

• Piloter la logistique du programme et la coordination avec les instructeurs (cours, séminaires, présentations de recherche, ressources en ligne).


Le profil :

• Bilingue Anglais

• Bonne présentation et capacité relationnelle

• Bonne adaptabilité (poste multi-tâches dans un environnement international)

• Capacité à travailler en équipe

• Organisé(e), autonome, dynamique et rigoureux(se)

• Bonne culture générale

• La connaissance d'un environnement luxe (hôtel/industrie du luxe) est un plus
