Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire a Product Owner driving the next generation of GenAI-powered innovation in R&D Hybrid in Paris (3 days/week on-site) | Permanent (CDI)Fluency in English is essential, as you'll be working in a global, cross-functional environment.This is a greenfield, high-impact role based in Paris, where you’ll lead the development of a brand-new digital product within Sanofi’s global R&D Accelerator. The platform will help transform how clinical studies are designed, with the goal of improving patient recruitment, reducing complexity, and accelerating timeline; all powered by Generative AI.You’ll work as part of a dedicated Agile squad (engineers, data scientists, designers) and collaborate directly with scientific and clinical stakeholders. If you're excited about building a GenAI product from scratch with real-world research impact, this is it. Key Skills We’re Looking For✅ Must-Haves5+ years in digital product management or ownershipProven track record owning roadmap, backlog, and deliveryExperience working with cross-functional tech/data teams (especially DS/ML/UX)Strong product thinking: can translate scientific or business needs into product strategyComfortable in high-ambiguity environments; able to create structure from scratchExcellent stakeholder communication, including with scientists and R&D leadersFluent in English (global team) Nice-to-HavesExperience with GenAI (e.g. LLMs, LangChain, vector DBs)Exposure to clinical study design, healthcare R&D, or regulated environmentsExperience working with data platforms, AI tools, or decision-support systemsBackground in startups or internal innovation teams Pharma experience is a plus, not required, what matters most is curiosity, adaptability, and drive to deliver real value in scientific settings.This is your chance to help reimagine how clinical research gets done — and build a tool that makes a measurable difference in bringing new treatments to patients faster.
