The company is being carved out from a larger group to become a standalone, product-led platform with significant growth ambitions across Europe.Role OverviewReporting directly to the fund, the incoming Group CFO will lead the creation of an independent finance function and guide the business through its transition to a scalable, software-focused model. This is a rare opportunity to partner closely with a leading PE fund at the Board level, shaping the foundations of a high-performing, fast-growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead all core finance processes, systems, and controls following the carve-outDevelop investor-grade reporting and insight to support strategic decision-makingOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning during and after the transitionSupport the CEO and investors in shaping growth strategy and value creation plansRecruit and develop a small, capable finance team aligned to future scaleCandidate ProfileFluent in French and strong in EnglishProven track record as a senior finance leader within PE-backed or high-growth settingsExperience in software, technology, or SaaSHands-on operator comfortable building from the ground upStrong communication and credibility with senior management and investors
