And ensure interim management as CIO, CTO, CFO, BT in different industries.Based in Atlanta, GA and Paris, France, our team is composed exclusively of highly experienced operational managers with consulting skills who have led or lived transformations in their areas of expertise.About the Role: We are looking for an SAP consultant to join the IT team of our client in the agri-food sector, operating in France, Europe, and the United States. The consultant will be involved with the SAP P2P and P2M processes. The role will be responsible for the deployment of SAP core model to support the business in line with the group’s strategy, across all functions related to the mentioned modules. The consultant will work directly with BPOs, oversee the integrator’s consultants, and ensure the performance of their functional IT scope. He/she will also be responsible for sharing best practices within their area of expertise.Client context: SAP, IBP, MES and rich applicative landscape, SAP Cloud based maintenance and development, Reporting to Europe’s IT Director, Fast-growing agri-food group, Dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Serve as the IT functional counterpart to BPOs to define SAP requirements, oversee implementations with external providers, and ensure ongoing Application Maintenance and Support (AMS).Contribute to the current SAP deployment project: customize, coordination, data conversion, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities.Manage incidents, service requests, and system enhancements (RUN) related to procurement and production.Engage effectively with business stakeholders, challenge requirements when needed, and propose suitable solutions.Configure SAP modules and draft functional specifications. Qualifications:5-10 years of experience with SAP as a consultant or IT team member, with a proven track record in digital transformation initiatives (application modernization, architecture roadmaps, ERP implementation, process optimization, and IT team development).Strong understanding of P2P and P2M processes.Hands-on experience in production and supply chain modules (MM, PP, FI-CO).Previous experience in the food & beverage industry or a comparable industrial environment (Quality - Hygiene – Safety).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience in both project execution and RUN/support environments.Fluent in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset. Location: Arras – Haut de FranceOccupation: Onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote.Employment Type: Contractor through Penon Partners for an initial period of 6 months.Requirements:Authorization to work lawfully in France.Willingness and ability to travel in Europe.
