Solantis recrute pour un Centre d’entrepreneuriat d’une grande école de commerce internationale, un Project Manager-Responsable de domaines applicatifs /Outils No-Code H/F.

Jouissant d'un grand prestige dans l'enseignement supérieur en France et à l’international, notre client s’attache à enrichir la réflexion autour de sujets majeurs, à favoriser l’émergence de solutions innovantes et à anticiper les évolutions de l’économie et de la société. Le Centre d’Entrepreneuriat propose des programmes d'entrepreneuriat à impact (notamment l'Accélérateur ESS et le développement de l’indépendance financière des Femmes en situation de vulnérabilité).


Dans un contexte de croissance significative, le Centre d’Entreprenariat Social recherche un Responsable de domaines applicatifs, afin d’assurer le cadrage et la conduite des projets de développement et d’évolution des solutions et des outils du centre, de coordonner les maintenances correctives et évolutives, ainsi que le maintien en conditions opérationnelles, et, assurer l’assistance aux utilisateurs et la prise en compte de leurs besoins.

Enjeux & Responsabilités du Poste


Gouvernance :

• Animer la gouvernance et construire la feuille de route des domaines applicatifs

• Animer les comités de pilotage et opérationnels IT

• Réaliser les reportings d’activité

• Proposer et conseiller les métiers dans l’évolution de leurs process


Conduite de projets structurants :

• Identifier et prioriser les besoins métier et définir les exigences fonctionnelles avec les équipes opérationnelles. S’assurer de leur bonne implémentation conformément aux critères d’acceptante établis.

• Assurer la rédaction des cahiers des charges avec les services utilisateurs.

• Gérer le suivi opérationnel des projets afin de garantir le respect du triptyque « qualité, délai, budget »

• Conduire un projet Web, incluant la gestion de la roadmap produit, le suivi des développements et l’identification des risques

• Assurer le succès du déploiement et le suivi de l’exploitation et de la mise en production

• Animer les comités de pilotage et être le point de liaison principal entre les équipes opérationnelles, l’équipe technique, la direction IT de l’Institut, la DSI et la direction du Centre.

• Assurer une communication fluide et efficace.


Formation/ Expertise/ Transfert de compétences/ Knowledge Management :

• Promouvoir une utilisation professionnelle des outils No-Code et apporter une expertise sur les solutions

• Former les utilisateurs sur les solutions utilisées, sensibiliser les équipes aux méthodologies Produit

• Rédiger des supports (guides utilisateurs, tuto, …)

• Documenter les processus opérationnels en collaboration avec les équipes, pour améliorer les performances des programmes.


Gestion de l’équipe technique : collaborateurs internes et prestataires :

• Fédérer quotidiennement l’équipe Technique

• Assurer la gestion des contrats des prestataires et solutions

• Piloter les budgets des domaines de son périmètre

• Gérer les dysfonctionnements ; Participer à la rédaction des appels d’offre avec le service Achats

• Garantir la pérennité et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des solutions déjà implémentées pour chacun des programmes, assurer le monitoring et l’évolution de la stack technique (Airtable, Make, etc.).


Profil


De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans la gestion de projets IT.


Hard Skills

•Expérience en gestion de projet Agile, idéalement dans le Web.

•Fort intérêt marqué pour le produit.

•Connaissance des environnements axés sur les outils no-code Ops (bases de données, automatisation).

•Expertise confirmée dans l'analyse et l'amélioration des processus opérationnels, au sein d'environnements complexes, idéalement dans des grands groupes ou grandes entreprises.

• Grande capacité d’écoute, d’analyse et de synthèse, d'animation de groupes de travail, de communication, de réelles aptitudes relationnelles et une énergie communicative.

• Compréhension approfondie des enjeux IT, au niveau opérations et direction, avec une capacité à naviguer entre les différentes sphères d'influence.

• Maitrise des enjeux liés à la sécurité des données et aux aspects RGPD.

• Vous avez un niveau d’Anglais courant.
