Role Description

This is a Full/Part-time role for a Freelance Recruiter at Impact Ventures G. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within our portfolio companies. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in candidate assessment and selection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in impact investing or venture capital is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
