Head of Software Factory H/F

Poste : Pour ce poste de Head of Software Factory, vos missions seront très variées :
* Vous pilotez une équipe d'une petite quinzaine à l'instant T composée d'externes et d'internes et surtout d'Experts Techniques : Devops, Experts Kafka, Data Engineer, Développeurs,
* Vous accompagnez cette équipe tant sur la partie technique que sur la propension à évangéliser au sein du Groupe et vous êtes notamment le garant de la mise en place des bonnes pratiques pour transformer l'usine de développement du Groupe,
* Vous apportez de l'accompagnement, du support sur les produits choisis et développés au sein du Groupe et à l'international,
* Vous êtes le garant des engagements et de la qualité de service (respect des délais de traitement),
* Vous prenez en main les sujets d'innovations au sein du Groupe : Eco-conception et green IT en général, vous amenez la cybersécurité (ISO27001 - Devsecops) dans tous les processus de développement, vous co-animez la gouvernance IA du Groupe.
Votre quotidien est un bon mélange entre lead des bonnes pratiques - design - développement technique - management - support - veille technologique active - suivi et reporting - gestion des budgets.
Profil : Diplômé d'un Bac + 5 minimum et idéalement d'une école d'Ingénieur, le Head of Software Factory doit avoir les compétences suivantes :
* Au moins une première expérience en management/lead d'équipes techniques et sur les sujets suivants ; développement, Data Engineering, Devops,
* Vous avez une connaissance poussée de Kafka,
* Vous avez 7 ans d'expérience minimum dans un environnement technique similaire : Kafka, Java, CI/CD, Devsecops, Data engineering en général (Messaging, ML, etc.),
* Idéalement, vous êtes passionné d'IA et de tous les sujets d'innovation technologique,
* Vous parlez un anglais courant.

Ce poste de Head of software Factory se situe au sein de la DSI corporate de notre client, mais dans un rayonnement d'intervention et d'influence très large au sein du Groupe et des filiales.
