  • Planification et Stratégie :
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de déploiement, des plannings et une gestion des ressources.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes (équipes internes, fournisseurs, clients) pour aligner les exigences et les délais.
  • Identifier et gérer les risques susceptibles d'affecter les délais de déploiement.
  • Exécution et Mise en Œuvre :
  • Superviser le processus de déploiement, en veillant à respecter les normes et la qualité.
  • Coordonner les activités entre les équipes pour assurer une transition fluide et éviter les disruptions.
  • Gérer et suivre les performances de l'équipe de déploiement.
  • Coordination et Leadership des Équipes :
  • Diriger et gérer une équipe de techniciens, ingénieurs ou spécialistes pendant le déploiement.
  • Assurer une communication efficace entre les équipes projet et fournir un leadership tout au long du processus.
  • Assurance Qualité :
  • Réaliser des tests pour garantir que l'implémentation répond aux exigences et aux spécifications.
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes et écarts rencontrés lors du déploiement.
  • Reporting et Documentation :
  • Préparer des rapports détaillés sur l'avancement du projet à destination des managers et parties prenantes.
  • Maintenir la documentation relative au processus de déploiement, y compris les calendriers, les résultats et les retours d'expérience.
  • Support Post-Déploiement :
  • Assurer la formation des utilisateurs finaux ou des équipes internes.
  • Traiter les problèmes post-déploiement et fournir un support continu pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal.
