MISSION :

Pour l'un de nos clients en Assurance, nous recherchons notre futur collaborateur Software Engineer Python (H/F) pour intégrer une Guilde Data.


Dans une tribu Agile, vos tâches seront:

  • Développer des algorithmes de tarifications en Python
  • Contribuer à la qualité des solutions, être exemplaire sur les bonnes pratiques de développement et de sécurité
  • Intégrer les principes d'architecture
  • Cultiver / Renforcer vos compétences d'ingénierie (réaliser de la veille technologique et vous former aux technologies et aux pratiques
  • d'ingénierie, vous entraîner régulièrement via des Dojos, améliorer la qualité du code produit par votre équipe en réalisant
  • régulièrement des revues de codes collectives et des Pull Request.)
  • S’assurer de la qualité des solutions, du respect des bonnes pratiques de développement, de sécurité et de l'expérience utilisateur
  • Veiller à la mise en place de la roadmap technique avec les Tech leaders.
  • Favoriser le partage la connaissance avec les membres de l'équipe et ses pairs
  • Contribuer au sein de la Guilde Data à établir les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer la qualité des produits et la performance des équipes


PROFIL:

  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur ou d’une formation universitaire de niveau bac +5, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en tant que Software Engineer Python.
  • Vous maitrisez les technologies Python, Pandas, Numpy, Git, Kubernetes et les pratiques autour de BDD / TDD, Clean Code, DDD, REST & Architecture logicielle/Patterns.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe.
  • Votre anglais est courant.
  • Une appétence ou la connaissance du domaine de la tarification dans l'assurance est un plus
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Bonne communication
  • Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux
