This allows Eastdil Secured to create value for clients through unparalleled advisory services, individually tailored structures, and marketing programs that set the industry standard.Our team is dedicated to the sale, financing, and recapitalization of all major real estate product types including office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout North America and Europe.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an intern to join our team in Paris, starting in March 2026. The intern will work closely with our teams in London, Milan, Frankfurt, and Dublin.The intern will support the ongoing activities of the Paris office, working on both equity and debt transactions.The internship will be six months beginning in March and ending in September.The Intern will have the opportunity to:Work closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysisAssist the team in underwriting for asset sales/acquisitions, recapitalization of platforms and debt placement (financing/refinancing) across all property typesPerform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysisDue diligence collection and reviewCreate pitches, proposals, and marketing materialsParticipate in client interactions to gain exposure to key executives, investors and senior bankersQualificationsPreferred qualificationsCandidates must demonstrate a combination of strong academic aptitudes, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills. It is strongly preferred that your background includes:Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on real estate financeProven skills & knowledge in finance and mathematicsWillingness to work hard in a demanding and highly focused environmentEnergetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving resultsAbility to work in different project teams with juniors and seniors executivesAn excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and WordFluent in French and English language; other languages are a plusExperience in real estate finance is a plus, but not a must-haveMinimum qualificationsAn ongoing Master degree with coursework in economics, financial accounting, corporate finance and/or real estate from a Tier-1 University or Business SchoolIdeally, professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extra-curricular activities in corporate finance, private equity or real estate
