You will work on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML initiatives that support product innovation, marketing, and operational efficiency.Your main responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics workflowsCleaning, transforming, and integrating complex datasets from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms)Developing scalable, reproducible data pipelines and automated reporting dashboardsCollaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to translate analytics into actionable business strategiesApplying AI/ML techniques for predictive modeling, recommendation engines, and anomaly detectionSupporting data governance, data quality, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2) across enterprise datasetsCreating visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to technical and executive stakeholdersConducting experiments, A/B testing, and causal inference studies to measure impact of initiativesStaying up-to-date on cutting-edge data science methodologies, tools, and technologiesAbout You – What You BringMaster’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field5–8+ years of experience in enterprise data science, advanced analytics, or AI/MLFluent in English, French, and German (verbal and written), additional languages a plusStrong experience with Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark)Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP, or deep learningSolid understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and data governanceExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for technical and executive audiencesExperience working on global, multi-country projects with complex datasets and strict regulatory requirementsThis role is designed for a highly specialized, multilingual data science expert who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys solving challenging analytical problems, and can transform data into strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.Please submit your CV in English, as only this format will be reviewed.Are you ready to start building your future with us?
