This is a high-impact position where you'll drive significant revenue through strategic deal-making in the scrap metal sector, specifically focusing on aluminum and copper. You'll be building and managing a robust supplier network while working closely with cross-functional teams across Europe to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role combines the thrill of deal closure with the strategic thinking required to build lasting business relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.What you'll do:Lead sales efforts to secure and manage contracts worth €45,000-60,000 per deal, scaling to €1,000,000 in monthly deals by the fourth monthActively build and expand your customer base by establishing connections with scrap yards, production sites, and large industry suppliers across FranceDevelop and maintain a strong network of suppliers through both digital channels and traditional relationship-building approachesUtilize advanced CRM systems for efficient data management, report generation, and tracking of sales activitiesCollaborate with the marketing team and senior commercial staff at headquarters in Spain, including monthly travel for strategy alignmentParticipate in strategic planning sessions with product leaders and marketing managers to address specific market demandsReport directly to the CEO & Founder on progress, challenges, and opportunitiesWho you are:You have 2-3 years of proven experience in metal trading, with specific expertise in buying aluminum and copper scrapYour background includes commercial roles such as trader, purchase manager, or purchase responsible within scrapyards or foundriesYou bring established relationships with known suppliers in France, particularly with scrapyards and large industry clientsYou possess in-depth knowledge of aluminum and copper markets, ideally gained through hands-on experience in scrapyards or foundriesYou're proficient with CRM systems and comfortable leveraging digital tools for sales and data managementYou're fluent in both English and FrenchYou're a proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges, is results-driven, and has a hunger for continuous learning and growthYou have excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish trust with C-level executives and industry stakeholdersWhy Join:Work with an ambitious, growth-oriented company that's expanding its footprint in the European metal recycling marketJoin a company that values entrepreneurial spirit and empowers employees to build their own success through performance-based rewardsBe part of a collaborative, international team with strong support structures and access to senior leadershipWhat we offer:Competitive base salary commensurate with experienceAttractive commission structure: 10% of net profit managed (post expenses and salary deduction)Equity optionFlexible working arrangements with travel opportunities across EuropeAdvanced CRM and technological systems to support your successRobust support from marketing and commercial teams at headquartersDirect access and reporting line to the CEO & Founder
