Avantage Reply est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l'implémentation de nouvelles réglementations et technologies auprès des départements Risques, Finance et ALM d'institutions financières.
Nous sommes une s ociété pan-européenne avec des équipes en Italie, au Royaume-Uni, au Luxembourg, en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et bien sør en France.
Nous faisons partie du groupe Reply - un réseau de sociétés spécialisées dans la création et la livraison de solutions technologies pour de nombreux clients.

Dans le cadre de la forte croissance de nos activités et du développement du bureau parisien, nous désirons renforcer nos équipes avec des consultants juniors.
Vos domaines d'intervention
Vous accompagnerez les plus grandes banques françaises et européennes au sein des Direction des Risques ou Financières sur les domaines suivants :
- Encadrement des risques de crédit, marché, contrepartie, opérationnel, ALM et ESG sur les aspects liés à la stratégie et gouvernance, au Risk Appetite Framework, à la définition du cadre de gestion, encadrement en limites etc. ;
- Modélisation des risques de crédit (A-IRB, Scoring, IFRS9), marché (FRTB, CVA/XVA, Contrepartie, CSRBB), ALM (TCI, IRRBB, FX, liquidité) ;
- Conception et mise en œuvre de stress tests EBA et à besoin interne ;
- Analyse et implémentation des règlementations (Bâle IV, CRR3, BRRD etc.) : analyse des textes, études d'impacts et recommandations ;
- Rédaction des documents réglementaires sur le processus de contrôle et d'évaluation prudentiel (SREP), l'adéquation en Capital / ICAAP, Liquidité / ILAAP ou Résolution et Recouvrement
- Communication et Reporting financiers (COREP, FINREP, Pilier III, NFRD).
Nous aurons des rôles différents à vous proposer en fonction de vos appétences et des besoins de nos clients :
- Quantitatif Analysis: Vous rejoindrez l'équipe data de nos clients pour directement participer à la modélisation de leur risques financiers
- Business Analysis: Vous rejoindrez l'équipe métier de nos clients afin d'analyser son besoin, le traduire en une vision stratégique et préparer les recommandations destinées à l'implémentation de solutions ;
- Project Management: vous rejoindrez l'équipe PM de nos clients afin de conduire les projets, du lancement jusqu'à la livraison finale des solutions, ou de permettre leur coordination.

Votre profile
Ce dont nous avons besoin
Un Master avec spécialisation en finance / gestion des risques / finance quantitative issue d'une Université ou d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur Européenne ;
L' autorisation administrative de travailler en France
La maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais dans un contexte professionnel
Comment vous pouvez-faire la différence
Une expérience en stage ou alternance au sein d'un cabinet de conseil, d'une Direction des Risques, Financière ou ALM de banque ;
Des compétences en programmation (Python, SQL, PowerBI) et / ou en conduite de projet (PMP, Prince 2, ou approche agile).
La capacité à convaincre un client de son expertise et à prendre ses marques dans des équipes et des environnements variés.
