Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations, technical architecture, and supporting global users. The expert will contribute to maintenance, upgrades, and process improvements. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. English is mandatory for global coordination.Responsibilities:Ensure maintenance and operational continuity of workstation servicesPerform impact assessments and rollback planningProvide Level 3 support for incidents and requestsManage and update workstation infrastructure componentsContribute to technical architecture improvementsParticipate in projects impacting workstation environmentMaintain documentation and procedures related to scopeCollaborate with international teams and stakeholdersMonitor and optimize workstation performanceEnsure compliance with security and operational standardsMandatory skills:Expertise in Microsoft workstation environment (SCCM, MDT, Windows 10/11)Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCPProficiency in PowerShell scriptingExperience with certificate managementKnowledge of antivirus and VPN solutions (SEP, F5)Appreciated skills:Familiarity with Azure and O365 ecosystemExperience in international IT environmentsKnowledge of WiFi and network securityAbility to manage cross-functional projectsUnderstanding of imaging and deployment tools
