Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data & Digital Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven solutions for Quality and Food Safety across global operations.
- Drive Change Management: Lead the transition from less mature to mature digital systems, working closely with senior management and operations teams.
- Project Leadership: Oversee a global portfolio of data projects, managing a team of data scientists and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, and business improvement.
- Strong skills in data analytics, statistics, and business intelligence, with the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience working in companies with mature digital systems, can be from a number of industries (e.g., pharma, automotive, consumer goods).
- Proven expertise in change management and driving digital transitions, with experience leading teams and managing global projects in Quality Management or Food Safety.
- Preferably a proven track record of transitioning organisations from less mature to mature digital system.
