Position: SAP Ariba Consultant

Location: On-site in Paris

Language Requirement: Fluent in French (both spoken and written)


Job Summary:


The SAP Ariba Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising the SAP Ariba solutions for clients in France. The role requires expertise in procurement processes, strong technical knowledge of SAP Ariba, and excellent communication skills in French to engage with clients effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with French-speaking clients to understand their procurement processes and business needs, and translate these into effective SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure SAP Ariba modules, such as Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management (SIPM), and Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA) and other third-party systems.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for client users and internal team members on SAP Ariba functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba advancements and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of client systems.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and company standards.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and configuration. Experience with SAP Ariba projects in various industries is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM, and P2P. Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration.
  • Functional Skills: Deep knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Languages: Fluent in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Certifications: SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
