At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers.As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking for a Project Manager – Jigs and Tools to join our team.Our Project Manager at Tata Technologies will be responsible for providing technical support to customer, specifically supporting a Process Owner Delegate on Project Management.This role focuses on delivering solutions to the Process Owner Delegate on multiple different small workflows that all contributes to the improvement of the Airbus Business Process Management FU.IN.03.02.Responsibilities:Technical Support: Offer specialized technical assistance to Jigs & Tools teams in the evaluation and analysis of business process failures.Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of failures and recommend effective solutions.Corrective Action Plans: Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders and Jigs & Tools teams to identify and implement process improvements.Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of findings, methodologies, and corrective actions taken, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Trend Identification: Monitor and identify trends related to product failures and opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.Collaboration within international project teamExperienceBachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with experience specifically at Airbus plants or FAL.In-depth knowledge of Support Frameworks & Processes.Experience managing a support team in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Understanding of documentation quality standards.Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, Spanish would be a plus.Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, safety and best practices.If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.Tata Technologies: Engineering a better world.Tata Technologies would like to thank all applicants for their interest, each application will be reviewed against the set criteria for the role.
