About the Role
We're looking for an experienced controller who has gained skills and autonomy to:
- Perform efficient controlling on a key business category (including periodic analysis and regular forecasting)
- Be recognized as reliable finance business partner for key stakeholders (especially Sales & Marketing)
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.
We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.
You will be responsible for
- Business controlling for the most critical Consumer Goods category in France
- Supporting key stakeholders on financial awareness and strategic decisions
- Continuous search for process optimization and reporting excellence.
Who You Are
- You have 10 years experience in FMCG or CAC40 companies
- You are both passion for business and appetite for finance subjects
- You can manage products/categories P&L with autonomy and accuracy, pragmatism when needed
- You have a good level of expertise in SAP
- You have experience in direct and/or indirect people management, with good influencing skills
- You are a team player, a good communicator and speak both English and French.
