VOTRE MISSION
Au sein de SUEZ Engineering & Construction, le Centre de Production a pour mission de piloter les projets de création ou de modification des centres de valorisation et traitement des déchets. Il intervient, en phases études et travaux, dans l’ensemble des domaines liés au recyclage, la valorisation énergétique, le traitement biologique ou le stockage des déchets non dangereux.
Nous recherchons : Project Manager Infrastructure (F/H)
- Vous intervenez pour le compte des exploitations (Maîtres d’ouvrage) et pilotez les projets sur les plans technique, réglementaire et économique. Partenaire des exploitants, vous développez une réelle relation client/ fournisseur.
- Vous prenez en charge les différentes phases des projets, de la conception à la réception des travaux : définition du projet, APS, études détaillées, consultation des entreprises, suivi des travaux, réception.
- Vous pilotez les bureaux d’études et maître d’œuvre nécessaires à la réalisation des études et des travaux de centre de tri, d’unités de méthanisation, d’unités de valorisation biogaz ou de traitement d’effluents. En outre vous coordonnez pour vos clients internes l’ensemble des parties prenantes nécessaires à la bonne réalisation du projet (commerciaux, experts, service EQRS, service juridique, assurance, etc…).
- Vous êtes responsable de la bonne gestion contractuelle des projets et de la tenue du planning.
- Vous construisez les business plans des projets, assurez le suivi financier des opérations et garantissez le respect des budgets.
- Vous tenez compte, à chaque phase du projet, des enjeux de santé sécurité et de prévention des risques et de la bonne gestion administrative des projets (permis de construire, arrêtés préfectoraux, …).
VOTRE PROFIL
De formation supérieure de type école
d’ingénieur, vous possédez une expérience professionnelle significative en
gestion de projets/travaux dans le tri ou de la méthanisation de
moyenne à grandes dimensions.
