We invest in training and certifications that confirm your real progression, in the promotion of a healthy work-life balance and in offering benefits that impact your personal life and career.What we look for:Higher education in Computer Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems or similar area;Between 4 and 7 years of experience in Project Management;Experience managing end-to-end projects, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, Design and QA teams;Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience implementing them in a fast-growing context;Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, deadlines and multiple stakeholders;Good knowledge of English (minimum C1).Previous experience in the consulting field is appreciated.Ser Affinity:#Affinidade – Create close and empathetic relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms).
