Product Owner – B2B SaaS / GreenTech / Paris (Hybrid)Une scale-up internationale en pleine expansion développe une plateforme SaaS de nouvelle génération, combinant IA, IoT et géospatial, pour digitaliser et automatiser la construction de projets solaires à grande échelle. Après une levée de fonds majeure et l’ouverture d’un hub R&D à Paris, l’entreprise recherche un Product Owner pour piloter l’évolution de sa plateforme centrale.Position OverviewRattaché au Director of Product Management basé aux États-Unis, tu seras le référent produit de SaaS, la couche logicielle qui connecte applications mobiles, services AI/ML et infrastructure cloud.Tu travailleras main dans la main avec trois Tech Leads (Platform & Applications, AI/ML, Mobile) et accompagneras des équipes internationales (France, US, Serbie).Missions principales :Leadership AgileAnimer les cérémonies agiles : backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.Garantir la clarté, la vélocité et la qualité de livraison.Instaurer et diffuser les bonnes pratiques agiles au sein des équipes.Ownership ProduitGérer le backlog de la Platform (APIs, shared services, data pipelines, frameworks d’intégration).Prioriser entre nouvelles features, refactoring et dette technique.S’assurer que chaque livrable soit mesurable, testable et aligné sur les objectifs business.Coordination inter-équipesCollaborer avec les Tech Leads pour fluidifier la communication entre les pôles Platform, AI/ML et Mobile.Identifier et résoudre les dépendances bloquantes.Analyse & CommunicationDéfinir des KPIs clairs et mesurables.Exploiter feedbacks, données d’usage et métriques produit pour guider la roadmap.Synthétiser les enjeux techniques en messages simples et actionnables pour les parties prenantes.Product Definition & ValidationRédiger les user stories et critères d’acceptation.Travailler avec les équipes design et data pour valider les besoins utilisateurs.Tester et valider les fonctionnalités livrées.Profil recherché5+ ans d’expérience en Product Owner ou Product Manager dans un environnement B2B SaaS ou plateforme technique dans l'industrie Idéalement un background de développeur ou d'ingénieurMaîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum / Kanban) et capacité à coacher des équipes.Solide esprit analytique et rigueur dans la priorisation.Bonne culture technique (APIs, data pipelines, intégrations systèmes).Anglais professionnel courant.Expérience avec des outils modernes de gestion produit (Linear, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).Bonus : connaissance du secteur énergie / construction / industrie.Ce que l’entreprise offreUne scale-up à fort impact dans la transition énergétique.Un environnement international et multiculturel.Des projets mêlant AI, IoT, robotics et cloud à grande échelle.Une forte autonomie sur la roadmap produit et un rôle clé dans la stratégie.Mode de travail hybride (Paris + télétravail partiel).Ce que le poste t’apporteUn rôle stratégique dans une scale-up GreenTech en plein essor.L’opportunité de construire un produit technique avec un vrai impact environnemental.Une forte autonomie et une exposition directe aux décisions produit et R&D.Package compétitif (60 à 80K) + stock options.2 jours de TT.
