Tangent International are looking for a French speaking Information Security Consultant for one of our biggest customers, a leading global IT service provider to come on board to support and provide consultations within their GRC department.
Job Title: Information Security Consultant
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months fulltime
Salary: Negotiable
Essential Experience:
- Ideally a minimum of five years of experience in the domain of information security.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 (versions 2013 and 2022) and have ideally worked within an ISMS environment.
- Ability to train both technical and non-technical staff on security-related topics and processes.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- You hold at least a master's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security management process as it relates to tender procedures.
- Handle customer requirement questionnaires covering areas like security, data protection, and overall compliance within the context of requests for review.
- Validate and approve responses to these questionnaires.
- Ensure that proposed technical solutions align with customer security needs and comply with ISO 27001 standards.
- Provide support to operational teams in integrating security clauses and contractual requirements.
- Supervise and approve the creation of Safety Assurance Plans.
- Assist operational teams in developing documentation templates related to security governance, ISO standardization, and risk evaluation of services provided to customers.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the implementation of customer requirements and adherence to ISO standards.
- Oversee the evaluation of suppliers in accordance with company policies.
- Promote the Group's security awareness initiatives, including webinars, and manage the GRC Cybersecurity portal.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness workshops, in collaboration with the CISO, aimed at improving information systems security.
- Report any service-related anomalies and suggest improvements to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the CISO on ISO certification efforts and tailor Group security policies to specific local needs in France.
