Role: Business Analyst (Ref: 195095)Rate: up to €500 per dayLocation: Hybrid 3 days per week in ParisSector: ConsultancyContact:alex.shemar@forsythbarnes.comOverviewWe are collaborating with a forward-thinking organisation who are currently expanding internally and looking across major programmes in their IT and Transformation space.Key Responsibilities• Engage closely with the senior leadership supporting an assessment and documentation of business processes• Play a key role in refining royalty functions to optimise operational efficiency.• Support technical teams by contributing to the formulation and execution of IT roadmaps.Requirements• Fluent French Language Skills: This is a strict requirement as the internal business stakeholders in France do not all speak English fluently.• Senior-Level Business Analysis: The candidate needs enough seniority to take the lead in discussions and be productive from day one.• Process Assessment & Documentation: Proven experience in analysing "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" processes, specifically regarding contract management and back-office operations.• Workshop Facilitation: The ability to organise and lead "work sessions" with business teams to extract and clarify requirements.• Stakeholder Management: Experience dealing with internal clients and different business leaders to align conflicting ways of working between two legal entities.• SAP Knowledge: Specifically experience with SAP on-premise versions.• Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce as a core system for managing leads and contracts.• CPQ & Commission Systems: Previous exposure to Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) modules and pre-sales commission structures, as these are specific areas of impact.• Legal Entity Transitions: Prior experience with internal company reorganisations or moving contracts between legal entitiesIf you are interested, please apply by emailing me with a copy of your most up-to-date CV, your current availabilityPlease feel free to pass this on to anyone you think it may suit / anyone you know who may be interested.
