Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the technical aspects of software delivery.
• Analyse and optimise software processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate technical performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on technical processes and tools.
• Support project management efforts by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of software delivery timelines.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure their technical requirements are being met throughout the delivery process.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a technical engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on software delivery.
• Familiarity with software development processes, ideally within the supply chain space (not essential).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with technical documentation and process mapping tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a desire to enhance operational efficiency through technical solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a technology or software development environment.
• Understanding of software architecture and integration principles is advantageous.
