Poste : Missions :

* Conseiller le Front Office (FO) sur les questions de conformité liées aux activités de vente d'actions ;
* Préparer et animer les comités relatifs à l'activité de distribution de la banque et à la gouvernance des produits.
* Aider à l'analyse des évolutions réglementaires affectant la structure ;
* Conseiller les collaborateurs du FO lors du lancement de nouvelles activités et/ou produits, ainsi que dans leur travail quotidien ;
* Assister les équipes de Compliance Monitoring dans le développement de leur plan de contrôle annuel et les former sur les développements réglementaires ;
* Développer, mettre en oeuvre et maintenir des politiques et procédures efficaces pour prévenir les risques de non-conformité et se conformer aux réglementations, lois et codes applicables ;
* Créer et dispenser des formations sur les problématiques de conformité réglementaire des marchés pour le personnel de la banque ;
* Promouvoir une culture de conformité au sein de la banque ;
* Évaluer et identifier les risques de non-conformité liés aux activités de marché ;
* Rapporter de manière claire et rapide les risques de conformité à la Direction ;
* Participer aux comités de gouvernance Equity, tant internes qu'externes.
Profil : Niveau d'étude minimum :

* Bac + 5/M2 minimum,
* Expérience souhaitée sur le volet protection client de MiFID II et la réglementation finance durable,
* Au moins 6 ans d'expérience.

Compétences métier :

* Maîtrise des activités et produits de la banque d'investissement ;
* Maitrise de la réglementation, lois, codes des marchés financiers européens et français tels que MiFID2 et PRIIPS ;
* Maîtrise des activités et produits de la Banque d'investissement.
