En 1993, Alcimed voit le jour, avec pour vocation d'explorer et développer des terres inconnues. En 30 ans c'est plus de 200 explorateurs qui ont rejoints notre aventure. Répartis dans nos 8 camps de base en France, en Europe, à Singapour et aux USA, nous accompagnons au quotidien les industriels pour les aider à innover et à créer de nouveaux business.

POURQUOI CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?
L'équipe Politiques Publiques d'Alcimed accompagne les acteurs publics ou d'utilité publique qui innovent au bénéfice des entreprises et des usagers dans une optique de création de valeur.
VOS MISSIONS ?
- En lien avec les Responsables commerciaux, vous contribuez au développement du volume d'affaires d'ALCIMED (rendez-vous clients, formalisation de propositions commerciales) en apportant votre créativité méthodologique sur les projets sur mesure proposés à nos clients
- Entretenir un lien privilégié avec nos clients (agences et caisses nationales, agences régionales de santé, établissements de santé et du médico-social, associations…) et les accompagner dans l'appropriation des nouvelles organisations proposées
- Vous recrutez votre équipe de Consultants que vous managez et les faites évoluer en compétences en les encadrant dans la réalisation de missions de conseil;
- Vous êtes responsable de la qualité de nos réalisations et de la satisfaction clients ;
- Bras droit de vos clients, vous travaillez sur les problématiques les plus en pointe ayant trait à l'innovation et au développement de nouveaux marchés en Santé ;
- Vous aidez au développement du volume d'affaires d'ALCIMED
VOTRE PROFIL
- De formation Bac+5 (grande école d'ingénieurs et/ou de commerce), vous avez une expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans le secteur du conseil ;
- Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une fonction managériale et d'encadrement de projet ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais ;
- Qualités recherchées : curiosité – excellent relationnel – dépassement – rigueur – autonomie – créativité – charisme – leadership – goût pour le travail en équipe.
