We help financial institutions in 15 countries innovate, scale, and deliver superior banking experiences to millions of end-customers.At Skaleet, we thrive on collaboration, creativity, and a shared passion for redefining the future of banking.Join us in our journey to transform the financial industry We are constantly looking for talented individuals to help us continue developing our solution and achieve our goals : supporting financial institutions in their innovation journey.[Job Description]ContexteIntegrated within the delivery team, as a project manager, you will be responsible for launching new digital banking platforms and various specific modules/developments for our clients.You will work closely with our clients—75% of whom are international —as well as with our product managers and internal teams (R&D, Infrastructure, etc.).Your missionsValidate the scope and phases of the project with the various stakeholders : clients, product/technical/commercial teams, and partners.Manage the entire project and lead follow-up meetings with our clients.Plan resources and coordinate teams to ensure the timely delivery of various deliverables.Undertake occasional trips to Africa/Europe depending on project needs.Ensure effective cross-functional communication and provide accurate reporting.This is an entrepreneurial adventure where you will play a key role, with exciting growth opportunities in an ambitious company .[Desired Profile]✨ You are a great match if :Above all, we are looking for pragmatic individuals who enjoy taking responsibility and are eager to continually improve Master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent)At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in software (in a company or IT consulting firm)Proficiency in English and willingness to work in a multicultural environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to structure your approachInitiative mindsetAbility to understand the challenges of complex technical environments The benefits of joining Skaleet25 days of paid vacation and 12 additional days off (RTT) per year.
