Olon France, part of Olon Group, is an expert and fast-growing contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), operating within the Biotech Division of the Olon Group.Specialised in process development and manufacturing of antibodies, proteins, bioconjugates and nanodrugs, the Company is focused on providing end-to-end services to support biopharma industry clients at all stages of their drug development, from R&D to commercial manufacturing.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced InformationTechnology Senior Technician willing to enhance his career with the objective of a managerial roleThe ideal candidate is a professional with an operational experience in networking, infrastructure and virtualization.This position is primarily based in Toulouse, with a functional reporting line to Olon’s IT Headquarters in Italy and an operational reporting line to the CEO in France. The Information Technology Senior Technician is supported by another IT team member.Your ResponsibilitiesWith a hands-on approach, lead the company’s IT activities and ensure that the IT applications and infrastructure are efficient, secure, and adapted to the business needs, covering the 4 facilities in France (Toulouse, Labege, Veyre-Monton and Saint Julien en Genevois).Manage the delivery of IT projects meeting time, specification and cost objectives in accordance with corporate defined work and quality methods.Work consistently in conjunction with the leadership team, to gather requirements, support changes, communicate Corporate strategies and contribute to define the local IT budget.Provide input to Service Level Agreement definition for local IT support vendors and manage related contracts.Contribution to IT strategy and opportunities.ProfileA minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.Expertise in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, networking and security systems, with a focus on cybersecurityProven experience in switches and Vlan configuration/segregation, installation of virtual infrastructure and firewall rules management.Good knowledge of Active Directory, policy management and basic IT supportBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be appreciated but not mandatoryA previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Food Industry, or other GMP/GxP environments, or industries with robust Assurance Quality systems is considered an advantage.Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
