Flow cytometry stands as the prevailing technique for scrutinising individual cells, facilitating the identification and quantification of numerous traits across millions of cells in each specimen. Although this robust technology has endured for years, it grapples with a technological disparity between the copious data outputted by flow cytometers (the hardware) and the slower analytical capabilities of conventional software solutions.


Their cytometry software, driven by artificial intelligence, introduces multidimensional analysis effortlessly accessible to any user with minimal clicks. It delivers unparalleled reliability through a user-friendly interface, yielding objective, reproducible, and actionable outcomes. The initial iteration has been commercially launched with a Software as a Service (SaaS) approach.


In this dynamic market, staying innovative is crucial. Their development plan includes advanced features for both short and long terms, focusing on challenges like data visualisation, algorithm integration, and collaborations with top academic labs and industry leaders.


Tasks and responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer – Tech lead you will be responsible for developing their program in an agile working environment, with an end-to-end involvement from product design to user testing.


Your responsibilities will include the followings:


Participate to the product shaping with the product owner (Agile/Scrum methodology) and translate the functionalities requirements in technological specs

Participate in the definition of product evolutions (UX/UI)

Develop features by building quality code: maintainable & scalable

Lead the outsourced software development team

Ensure ongoing documentation and good code quality

Ensure technical monitoring and optimise the responsiveness of the solution


Candidate profile

With an engineer-type profile, you have at least 5 years of experience in development on web technologies, React/JavaScript and at least 3 years on a full stack approach.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / software engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years relevant web development experience
  • Experience in delivering complex, high-quality web development projects
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented languages: JavaScript and Python
  • Experienced in React / Node.js
  • Knowledge of Django and development of REST Web Services
  • Knowledge of IDE and GIT source management tools
  • Familiarity with relational databases
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience of testing and continuous integration strategies
  • Fluent in English
