Ainsi que l’expertise QA, notre offre transverse qui équilibre notre galaxie.
Nous recherchons un Product Manager (H/F) pour rejoindre notre agence basée à Lille.
Orienté business, vous serez en charge de toute la vision stratégique de l'offre et de son déploiement (mise en place des campagnes et suivi des performances du produit).
Vous vous appuierez sur des ressources internes en transverse (marketing, digital, IT) pour mener à bien le projet.
Les missions:
- Piloter et développer en continu les offres en optimisant la stratégie positionnement / prix / contenus
- Développer de nouvelles offres afin de développer de nouveaux leviers de croissance
- Développer de nouveaux leviers de commercialisation
- Développer en lien avec la direction digitale, de nouveaux produits digitaux en vue d’améliorer en continu l’expérience client
- Piloter le compte de résultat du périmètre d’activité
- Définir en collaboration avec le marketing client et généralement le pôle Marque, la stratégie d’acquisition, CRM et les campagnes
- Déployer la stratégie marketing et commerciale sur le périmètre d’activité :
- Garantir la cohérence et la rentabilité globale des actions de l’entreprise (Produit / Marketing / Ventes)
- Augmenter le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité de l’activité
- Travailler en transverse avec les différents pôles en vue de développer le business
- Construire et manager une équipe
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires pour augmenter la rentabilité et le CA
Votre profil:
Vous avez 4 ans d'expérience minimum en Gestion de projet
Vous connaissez les différents Outils de pilotage
Une connaissance du retail et de l'expérience clients est souhaitable
