We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to our dynamic team at Felps Group.Your Key Responsibilities: ➡️ Drive data-informed decisions: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Moderation teams to define and track KPIs (activation, retention, monetization, engagement).Your role will be to organize and supervise the management and maintenance of the following main areas: electricity, cooling and ventilation. ➡️ Deep-dive analysis: Conduct advanced analyses on user acquisition, retention, and monetization to identify growth and optimization opportunities.In particular, you will oversee maintenance and improvement work, and monitor the technical management of major incidents, with the possible assistance of technical experts. ➡️ Dashboarding & reporting: Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Amplitude, or Metabase to provide self-service access to critical metrics.You will also be responsible for communicating with customers on maintenance operations, preventive planning and corrective action management. ➡️ Data collaboration: Partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and performance of analytical data pipelines.You will be responsible for:Anticipating and diagnosing infrastructure-related problems and planning corrective action.Supporting our service providers throughout their on-site interventionsProposing corrections linked to procedures (MOP)Ensure the quality of services delivered by our service providers.Anticipate and draw up the annual maintenance schedule.Be a driving force behind proposals for continuous improvement.Produce all indicators needed to ensure continuity of service.➡️ You will be responsible for: – Auditing and improving analytics workflows and the tracking plan – Identifying gaps in data coverage and proposing improvements – Training stakeholders to interpret dashboards and use analytics tools – Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights – Managing analytical requests and prioritizing high-impact topics – Aligning teams on data definitions and KPIs – Producing all indicators and analyses needed to drive strategic decisionsSkills Required:Significant experience in facility managementTechnical expertise in electricity (HV/LV), air conditioning, ventilation and fire safetyGood command of IT tools (Autocad, CMMS, MS project, etc.)Fluent or bilingual English requiredTeam spiritRigour and method➡️ Skills Required (adapted for Senior Data Analyst): – 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in product-focused or consumer tech environments – Excellent SQL skills (optimization, CTEs, window functions) – Experience with modern data stacks (DBT, Snowflake, BigQuery, Trino, Redshift…) – Strong experience in cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing – Ability to design clear and actionable dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Amplitude) – Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) or R for advanced analyses – Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating business needs into analytical solutions – Able to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences – Strong prioritization, ownership, rigor, and autonomy – Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
