At LEM, we help our customers and society accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.Our global team of 1,700 professionals which spans over 15 countries is dedicated to converting technology potential into powerful solutions, which enable the decarbonization of the world.A leading company in electrical measurement, LEM engineers the best solutions for energy efficiency and electrical mobility, ensuring our customers, systems are optimized, reliable and safe.LEM is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since 1986, with the ticker symbol LEHN.The future needs our ingenuity; we need your Spark.We are looking for our Project Manager, who will be based in Lyon.He / She will be assigned to lead different projects and the main responsibilities will be to:Manage the execution of the projects under LEM’s development process from initiation to production launch.Manage a multifunctional project core team and set priorities within the project.Deliver the project according to schedule, costs (R&D hours, OPEX, CAPEX, COGS) and technical scope agreed with the internal stakeholders and external customers.Communicate internally and externally on project progress, risk and issues and escalate when needed.Contribute to the business product roadmap definition.Profiles:Engineering degree + 10 years’ experience.At least 3 years’ experience as project manager .Experience of development in intercultural organizations.Knowledge of Automotive sector is a plus.Experience in development of embedded electronics is a plus.Experience of development of products with functional safety features is a plus (ISO26262, ASPICE).Fluent in English is a must, French and any other language a plusCore competencies:Structured, pragmatic, objective focused.Customer oriented.Capable of leadership but also to drive transversal organization.Team player, learner mindset, problem solver, hands on, positive attitude.Synthetic and able to communicate with executives.High ownership, energy level and flexibility, reliableWe are committed to equal opportunity and welcome applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, background, identity, or experience.
