This is an exciting opportunity to join global data center owner and operator business as a Project Manager. The role is hybrid, offering a flexible work from home/ office environment.
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for data center development? Join a leading data center owner in driving innovation and excellence in mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide regular project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within data center construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, power distribution, and cooling solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Professional level fluency in French and English languages.
