Position Summary
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for the customer success and the improvement of the Agatha product. You will work closely with the Customer Success teams and the rest of the product organizations to specify product enhancement and provide KPIs to the management team.
Key Responsabilities
Customer Success Monitoring
- Conduct regular customer interviews to collect feedback and identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Track key satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and user comments.
- Analyze customer feedback trends and provide recommendations to enhance the user experience.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor NPS and customer feedbacks and inquiries.
- Identify trends and insights from collected data to drive product decisions.
Collaboration with Customer Success Teams
- Work closely with the Customer Success teams (WorldWide & Japan) to consolidate and structure customer feedback.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of customer requests and needs.
- Define and implement a Level 3 support process to accelerate hotfix deliveries.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of critical incidents and their prompt resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
Collaboration with Product Team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical requirements..
- Assist in tracking development progress, maintaining timelines, and supporting the successful execution of the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field ;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position in the domain of Electronic Document Management software for the life science industry ;
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal French and English ;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, ans manage multiple projects simultaneously
