Software Asset Manager

Vos missions
1- Participer à l'achat et au déploiement des softwares : s'assurer de l'alignement avec les contrats en collaboration avec les achats (optimisation des couts et management des risques), réaliser les demandes d'achat et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la livraison des softwares.
2- Contrôle de la base installée des softwares : Analyser la base installée, proposer des plans de remédiation si non alignement entre les contrats et la base installée (si besoin). Anticiper les demandes de renouvellement
3- Suivi des demandes utilisateurs : être l'interlocuteur privilégié des utilisateurs internes sur tous les sujets de software, prendre en charge les tickets people support, accompagner la demande et répondre aux utilisateurs
4- Participer au projet SAM : Contribuer à la mise en place des politiques et process SAM WW et à la mise en place d'une solution outillée
Vos qualifications
Solides compétences analytiques
Très bonnes connaissances en mathématiques et en finance
Excellentes compétences en communication
Solides compétences en gestion du temps
Souci du détail et sens aigu de l'organisation
Compétences en négociation et en gestion de projet
Excellentes aptitudes à la réflexion critique
Connaissance pratique des logiciels d'intelligence économique et de données
Expérience significative dans la gestion des technologies de l'information et du matériel informatique.
