Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingAssisting with the design and implementation of the compliance testing and assurance programmeCompleting assurance reviews and testing activities, leveraging skills in advanced data analyticsContributing to compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standardsExecuting project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings, including process updates, documentation, and/or trainingDriving execution of multiple concurrent reviews, local or multi-jurisdictional, including subsequent management reporting on outcomes and findingsChallenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and processesUsing data analytics to identify actionable insights, which result in material enhancements to the control environmentWhat you'll needFluency in English and excellent communication skills5+ years of experience working within a fintech, traditional financial institution, or regulatory body5+ years of experience in assurance or internal/external audit, focusing on risk and compliance domainsExperience in controls, risk, and policy and corporate governanceKnowledge of EEA/French regulationsExperience interrogating large data sets to identify actionable insightsGreat problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environmentExperience implementing policies and proceduresNice to haveExperience in Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR), Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Banque de France, and EEA regulatory bodies (EBA and/or ECB)Experience in insurance (ICOBS), outsourcing (EBA guidelines), crypto-assets regulatory change (MICA), investment protections (MIFID), financial promotions, conflicts of interest, etc.Experience in regulatory policy testingRelevant compliance qualifications, such as ACAMS, ACOI, and ICAExperience detecting and investigating risk incidents or breachesExperience mapping regulations to risks and controlsData analytics skills, including SQL and/or PythonBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
