Poste : Notre client, PME dans le secteur de la mode recherche une Office
manager rattaché(e) à la Directrice en CDI. Le poste est basé à
Paris 3eme.

Vous êtes Office manager, vos missions seront:

- La gestion des services généraux

- L'Onboarding/offboarding des salariés

- Happiness: gestion des évènements internes, séminaires,
afterworks..

- Assistanat de la Directrice: agenda, réunion, déplacements et vous
serez véritablement son bras droit.

LISTE NON LIMITATIVE
Profil : De formation supérieure type BAC+2, vous justifiez d'une première
expérience de 2 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans une
PME.

Doté(e) de fortes capacités d'organisation, d'analyse, et d'un
excellent relationnel, vous savez faire preuve d'autonomie et de
proactivité.

Vous serez force de proposition, curieuse, investie et motivée.

Vous avez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel serait un plus.

Vous êtes disponible rapidement pour une prise de poste.

La rémunération est comprise entre 30 et 35kEUR en fixe.
