Notre client, grand groupe international du secteur des services B2B, souhaite recruter dans le cadre d’un grand programme de transformation de son SI Finance et Achats.


L’objectif de ce programme est d’implémenter le processus du modèle central dans une solution robuste qui sera progressivement déployée à l'échelle mondiale sur ses différentes entités au cours des 3 prochaines années.


Ce programme sera délivré conjointement avec l’appui d’un cabinet de conseil sur la partie processus métiers et d’un intégrateur sur le delivery et le roll-out des solutions à travers les pays.


Dans ce contexte, l’entreprise souhaite recruter un-e Technical Project Manager - P2P Procure to Pay (H/F).


Faisant partie intégrante de l’équipe du programme ERP & P2P dans la DSI, cette personne aura la responsabilité du scope projet en lien avec l’implémentation d’un nouvel outil P2P en relation directe avec l’intégrateur.


Principales responsabilités du poste (pour le programme P2P) :


Organisation du projet et coordination de l'équipe MOE:

  • En représentant la MOE du projet, proposer et mettre en place une organisation IT efficace pour gérer le projet P2P.
  • Coordonner les membres de l'équipe de projet (y compris les employés internes, l'intégrateur et les partenaires externes).
  • Chercher des moyens d'accroître l'efficacité de l'équipe projet.
  • Communiquer proactivement les besoins en ressources et maintenir le modèle tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Être le garant du triptyque Qualité / Coûts / Délais.


Cadrer le projet :

  • Diriger ou superviser toutes les facettes de ce projet international avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Livrer le projet P2P en respectant les normes et les lignes directrices établies par le PMO du programme.
  • Développer et maintenir un plan de travail pour assurer la livraison de tous les livrables et outils dans les délais impartis. Respecter les jalons du plan de travail.
  • Suivre et livrer, avec le soutien de l'intégrateur, tous les livrables dans les délais impartis.
  • Maintenir la qualité des livrables et des produits de travail.
  • Préparer et organiser le passage en mode exploitation/run.


Gestion des risques et de l'escalade :

  • Établir et maintenir un plan efficace de gestion des problèmes et des risques.
  • Servir de point de contact initial pour l'informatique en cas de problèmes, de risques et de changements liés au projet P2P.
  • Faciliter la résolution des conflits au sein de l'équipe et procéder à l'escalade si nécessaire.

Budget : Consolider et suivre les coûts IT du projet P2P.


Profil du candidat (H/F) :


  • Anglais : bon niveau conversationnel à l’oral comme à l’écrit - indispensable pour la gestion du projet avec les différents pays impliqué


  • Une expérience avérée de 7/10 ans minimum en gestion de projets d’implémentation de SI achats P2P (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Synertrade, Zucus ou autres solutions concurrentes) dans des contextes de grandes entreprises internationales – en tant qu’interne ou consultant.


  • Une expérience des différentes phases projets : de l'initiation à la clôture d'un projet d'implémentation de solution P2P


  • Connaissances en Gestion de contrat de l'intégrateur (challenger la solution, valider la livraison, suivi du budget et du scope).


  • Compréhension des structures organisationnelles matricielles.


  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite (aisance pour les présentations).


  • Grande capacité d'écoute, de réponse et d'établissement de la confiance : pour répondre à l’enjeu d’accompagnement au changement


NB: ce poste nécessitera des déplacements fréquents à l'international selon les phases du projet
