Climalife, part of the Dehon Group, is looking for a Financial Controller to join its team in Paris. This is a key role at the heart of the company’s financial performance, supporting both Climalife France and its international subsidiaries. Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you will play a central part in reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.Your Responsibilities• Prepare monthly reports for Climalife France, including average purchase price calculations, customer and product margin analyses, and P&L statements.• Contribute to the monthly financial closing in collaboration with the accounting department.• Present monthly reporting packages and provide clear explanations of margin and P&L variances.• Calculate cost prices and manage the monthly transfer pricing schedule.• Participate in new product and service launch projects, particularly in cost estimation.• Manage Product Creation Sheets and ensure accurate financial data integration.• Lead the budgeting process and three-year planning for Climalife France and consolidate business information for the wider Climalife organisation.• Monitor commercial agreements, manage provisions, and validate trade discounts.• Prepare consolidated reports and take part in Climalife’s business management committee, working with finance teams across international subsidiaries.Your Profile• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Access and JDE is a plus.• Ability to manage complex studies and drive financial insights.• Autonomous, adaptable, rigorous, and analytical, with strong communication and argumentation skills.• Constant focus on optimisation and continuous improvement.• Comfortable collaborating with operational teams and presenting financial results to varied audiences, including management, operations, and sales teams.• Proactive in recommending performance-enhancing improvements.• Fluent French is essential; conversational English is required.Work Environment• Hybrid working model: 4 days per week onsite in Paris and 1 day per week remote.• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within an international group.If you are a rigorous, curious, and results-driven financial professional looking to contribute to a growing organisation, we would be delighted to hear from you.
