(Senior) Product Owner (f/m/d) Digital Products What you can expect:- Ownership | You are responsible for the products assigned to you, which you confidently lead to success in the interests of stakeholders and the market. You will play an active role in one of FIEGE's most exciting digitalization initiatives.
- Demand Management | You define the product vision and take responsibility for the product lifecycle. You are also responsible for prioritizing the backlog.
- Stakeholder Management | You support stakeholders at eye level and work closely with the implementation/development team as well as higher-level product management.
- Agile Way of Working | In our agile organization, you develop the requirements together with intercultural and cross-functional teams into scalable products.
- Market Knowledge | In your product area, you are at the cutting edge of the market and the competition.
- Team Playing | You not only lead your product, but also your team to joint success and cultivate appreciative and empowering collaboration.
- You have a degree in IT, logistics, industrial engineering or business administration or a comparable qualification.
- You have relevant professional experience as a Product Owner (f/m/d) in the (agile) development of digital products
- Experience with digital platform solutions and knowledge of logistics is a real advantage
- You impress with your agile mindset and a strategic, systemic way of thinking and acting.
- You are empathetic, especially in conflicts, have organizational talent, act proactively and have assertiveness.
- You have an open and sociable manner and the ability to communicate at different levels.
- You know how to motivate and, if necessary, coach your development team
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
