Technical Coordinator

As part of the Site Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production sites, wind turbines and delivery stations, and will have the following tasks:
Operation and technical interventions on site:
- Carrying out high-voltage maintenance on delivery substations, ensuring that our facilities are consigned and reclosed; carrying out troubleshooting and various inspections (turbines, blades, transformer substations).
- Operate a wind farm, monitor production, alarms and faults; carry out annual inspections of wind turbines; draw up performance reports; manage existing and future contracts;
- Identifying any malfunctions, under-performance, breakdowns, damage, etc. affecting the equipment and its infrastructure; investigating and explaining the causes; proposing solutions for improvement.
- Install, monitor and troubleshoot our assets' communications equipment remotely or on site
- Participate in troubleshooting and technical modifications to remote management systems at our sites
Supporting and developing technical expertise:
- Participating in the development of extended operating expertise (endoscopy, thermography, oil analysis, grease analysis)
- Researching and comparing service providers and technical proposals for various activities (troubleshooting, improvements, maintenance)
- Help manage the stock of maintenance parts and consumables
- Supporting on-site or remote supervision teams in resolving malfunctions encountered on our assets
- Cooperate with the investment and construction teams during the investment or construction of projects
Application of safety rules:
- Implement and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment rules on company premises and production sites
- Participate in safety meetings and joint inspection visits to our sites You will regularly be asked to climb the wind turbine. Frequent travel is to be expected in France and occasionally abroad.
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance or automation and at least 2 years' experience (ideally in renewable energy or high-voltage maintenance).
- You have a good command of French and a professional level of English
- Good communication skills and team spirit - Knowledge of electrical approvals (H0; B0)
- Knowledge of networks and telecommunications (TCP/IP protocol; knowledge of automation)
