WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US:

We are looking for doers: People who work with us to push the boundaries of what is possible. You will be responsible for the continuous maintenance, monitoring and optimization of our CRM applications for the Marketing, Sales & Service departments. As an Application Manager (m/f/d) you can get started with us

  • Ensure stable and high-performance application operation for users in the Marketing, Sales, Service and Product departments
  • Further develop processes together with the specialist departments, e.g. by customizing and configuring the application and creating and supporting interfaces
  • Help shape a user-centered, internal knowledge transfer: create documentation, FAQs and training courses
  • Analyze error patterns and derive appropriate measures
  • Communicate updates, downtimes and other relevant information to affected user groups in an active, planned and standardized manner
  • Work cross-functionally with developers, service providers, 1st level support, marketing, sales, service, data protection, master data management and much more and coordinate them
  • Ensure high implementation quality through standardized and documented test procedures
YOU COULD BRING THAT TO US:
  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, comparable training or similar qualification with extensive practical experience
  • Several years of professional experience with very good knowledge of the structure of the MS Dynamics 365 modules Sales, Marketing and Service
  • Broad experience in lean digitization of standard business processes and customizing
  • Very good handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in project, change and release management
  • Ideally knowledge of the Microsoft Power platform (e.g. Power Automate)
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
