Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking dedicated and skilled Clinical Research Nurses for part-time roles in Bordeaux and Marseilles. The role involves conducting clinical trial visits on-site or remotely, ensuring trials are carried out according to approved protocols. The successful candidate will work in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, Code of Professional Conduct, and other regulatory, national, and local requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize with the trial protocol, Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRF), off-site manual, supporting documents, procedures, and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the research nurse project manager, Research nurse manager, site staff, and the Principal Investigator.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data protection and adherence to GCP.
  • Attend Site Initiation Visits (SIV) and other necessary meetings.
  • Coordinate and complete subject trial visits on- and off-site.
  • Administer trial medication as per the protocol.
  • Process, package, and dispatch samples, liaising with courier companies.
  • Assist in identifying potentially eligible patients for research projects and assist with patient recruitment.
  • Ensure the accurate reporting of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs).
  • Report any suspected misconduct or fraud.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with post qualification experience.
  • Research and clinical trials experience with GCP certification.
  • Knowledge of research design and methodology.
  • Experience and knowledge of clinical nursing skills such as Venepuncture and ECG.
  • Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a team within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
