We are looking for a Product Master Data Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Supply Chain department in Munich as soon as possible
Your area of responsibility
- Supporting and monitoring the processes of data maintenance in SAP, data provision and data exchange between our brand teams, our sales department and our retail partners
- Continuous improvement of catalog synchronization with our retail partners and our B2B applications to optimize the service rate
- Close cooperation with the external service provider responsible for data maintenance
- Close cooperation with the division manager and business stakeholders in the design and implementation of suitable end-to-end concepts / data models and the promotion of electronic master data exchange with our retail partners using EDI standards (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN)
- Participation in cross-divisional process optimizations
- Contact person and consultant for specialist departments on all master data issues
Qualifications
Your profile
- Completed training or studies with a commercial focus
- Initial experience in master data management, ideally in the FMCG/retail environment
- Confident handling of GS1 standards and database structures
- Initial experience in electronic data exchange
- Very good Excel knowledge (Pivot, Power Query, SAP-Analysis for Excel), previous SAP knowledge and other IT skills (Power BI) an advantage
- Analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
- Team player with the ability to think and act across departments
- Very good knowledge of German and English
