Cette jeune start-up est en passe de créer une plateforme permettant aux équipes de PME d'automatiser et d'exécuter des tâches complexes et répétitives. Leurs modèles multi-modaux permets aux agents IA de s'adapter à tout type d'interface.

Le lancement de ce produit implique la recherche et la mise en œuvre de méthodes novatrices pour extraire des décisions précises des modèles de Machine Learning, notamment les LLMs.

Ils ont déjà réalisé un pré-seed de 3M et sont en négociations avec licornes et tops start-up tech pour le test de la V1 de leur produit.

Vos missions

En tant qu'ingénieur back-end fondateur, vous ferez partie d'une petite équipe, comprenant des ingénieurs logiciels et de recherche, mettant en œuvre le produit principal : une plateforme pour automatiser les tâches répétitives à l'aide d'agents IA.

Cette plateforme comprend une application Web, une extension de navigateur pouvant prendre des actions pour l'utilisateur, une interface basée sur le chat pour communiquer avec les agents IA, et le service d'agent principal qui prend des décisions.

  • Implémenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités, corriger des bogues et optimiser le backend et les services
  • Écrire du code d'infrastructure, déployer et surveiller les services sur le cloud
  • Travailler avec des modèles multimodaux open-source, pour améliorer les pipelines de décision des agents
  • Générer et filtrer des données pour l'entraînement et le perfectionnement des modèles personnalisés
Vos compétences
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience
  • Excellentes compétences de codeur (coding contests; side projects; projets open source; test de certains languages comme Rust, Elixir, Ocaml)
  • Vous avez déjà été confronté à des challenges techniques complexes (app avec beaucoup d’utilisateurs en simultanés ou beaucoup de communication entre utilisateurs : chat, social, multiplayer apps)
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un projet 0 to 1 (side project ou startup), depuis l’idéation jusqu’à la production
