I have partnered with a leading bank in France who are searching for a skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join their Operations team.
As part of this team, you will be working to design, build & maintain critical infrastructure with a focus on Linux systems. You will work closely with teams to maintain the integrity and structure of Linux based systems (on-prem, VM's & cloud hosted).
Responsibilities include:
Implement and deploy Linux systems across various environments.
Continuously monitor system performance, availability, and security.
Automating infrastructure services using a variety of languages (Shell, Python, Terraform, Bash).
Respond to and manage security incidents, including investigating breaches and applying necessary fixes.
Regularly perform updates, patches, and upgrades on Linux systems to ensure security and performance.
Diagnose and resolve system issues, including hardware failures, software bugs, and configuration problems.
Experience:
Experience in Linux systems administration (on-prem & VM's).
Exposure to virtualisation / container solutions (VMware / Docker).
AWS administration.
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git,
