Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Compliance Qualification & Validation Project Manager to support our projects in Gidy, France

You will be responsible for:

• Developing the processes and procedures of the Qualification / Validation department in order to meet the regulatory requirements and the rules of the art of the pharmaceutical industry
• Review Qualification/Validation processes,
• Create or modify documentation (Procedure, operating mode)
• Sectors of activity: Pharmaceutical industry, Biotechnology, Experimental drugs
• Process: Dry, liquid, lyophilisate, sterile, injectable forms

About you:

• Experience (5+years) in Qualification/Validation in a Pharma context
• Strong appetite for Quality Assurance in order to deliver documents that meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and the rules of the art in the field
• Mastery of pharmaceutical standards in the defined field
• Demonstrates pedagogy and influence to mobilize and involve the various stakeholders concerned
• A necessary and sufficient level of English is required in order to ensure the drafting of Qualification/Validation documents in French-English
• Experience in Validation in the field of experimental drugs would be a plus
