WHAT IS YOUR MISSION ?

We are looking for an District Sales Manager who will be responsible for the development and coordination of all sales activities for the Gates' brand in the Industrial Replacement Market for some of Gates pioneering industrial segments for selling all Fluid Power Products

  • As a proactive member of the team, you will contribute to the Tactical Plan Development by identifying and integrating sales opportunities and issues into the overall Gates EMEA Strategic Plan.
  • Thanks to your technical and communication skills, you will ensure a presence on the field with our current and future customers in order to ensure their satisfaction and increase market share.
  • Your assigned geographic scope encompasses Est part of France, where you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of our Fluid Power Products.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business or Marketing required and at least 5 years' Industrial experience in a relevant function
  • Knowledge of FP distribution
  • Knowledge of Fluid Power products is a strong asset
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales to meet & exceed growth revenue targets
  • Exhibits dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy in approach
  • Working remotely from anywhere in France and ready to travel about 60% of the time
  • Fluent in French and English
