Mission et description de tâches :

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département nous recherchons un(e) Vessel Field Engineer F/H .

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre nos équipes offshores où vous débuterez en tant que Field Engineer sur les différentes barges de la flotte Saipem. Vous occuperez cette fonction pendant une période de 2 à3 ans, durée nécessaire à votre apprentissage des méthodes et des opérations d’installation en mer (SURF).

A l’issue de ce cursus, vous rejoindrez les équipes méthodes d’installation offshore pour la durée d’un projet pour suivre un scope complet. En partant de la rédaction des procédures et de documents d’ingénierie, en passant par les interfaces avec les analystes, jusqu’au suivi de la campagne d’installation offshore.

Une passerelle vers les départements Asset ou Opérations sera ensuite étudiée en fonction des souhaits de l’employé et des besoins de la division.

Sous la responsabilité de l’Offshore Construction Manager, vous assurez un rôle d'interface et de coordination entre les équipes d'installation à bord et les équipes projet. Vous êtes le (la) garant(e) de la bonne réalisation des installations, en lien avec les équipes du client, l’équipe projet et les autres disciplines.

Vos principales tâches sont les suivantes :

  • Fournir une assistance technique pour toutes les activités de construction durant les phases de préparation et les opérations offshore ;
  • Assister le Superviseur ou l’assistant du superviseur barge dans la résolution de tout problème technique durant la phase de préparation et les opérations offshore ;
  • Suivre les instructions des manuels d’installation du projet, établir les check-listes appropriées et remonter les écarts éventuels ;
  • Suivre le statut des équipements du projet et des consommables avec le concours de l’assistant du superviseur ou du responsable de magasins, du superviseur QA/QC et de l’ingénieur soudage ;
  • Travailler en lien avec les sous-traitants pour s’assurer que la préparation et l’exécution des travaux est conforme aux manuels.

Profil :

  • Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de type école d’ingénieur (ENSAM, ESTP, INSA, Ecole Centrale de Marseille…), école de commerce ou BTS, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience sur des fonctions similaires.
  • Ingénieur(e) diplômé(e) en génie civil, mécanique ou naval, vous avez 1 à 3 ans d’expérience sur projet.
  • Vous souhaitez rejoindre nos équipes Opérations Offshore sur le moyen/long terme et intervenir sur nos barges, lors des phases d’installation.
  • Vous êtes ingénieux(ieuse) et faites preuve de réactivité. Vous êtes capable de résoudre des problèmes variés en lien avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (compréhension théorique et pratique des sujets techniques). Vous témoignez d’une forte capacité de travail.
